Range Cooker Repairs & Servicing
Range cookers are built to last and designed to perform however, occasionally you may require a specialist engineer to repair faults such as:
- Oven not heating – Oven overheating
- Hob/oven not igniting – Burners not staying lit
- Door not closing properly – Door glass/glue breaking down
- Oven tripping the electrics – Any gas/electrical faults
Our experienced engineer can give an accurate fault diagnosis if you provide us with a brief description of the problem either by a quick call to our freephone number or via email. We pride ourselves in carrying a large van stock for all the major brands which enables us to maintain our 95% first call completion rate.

Range cooker care also offer an exclusive range cooker service, gas or electric.
A full service can take 1 – 3 hrs dependant on each individual job.
You range cooker service includes the following, excluding parts required:
- Gas and electrical safety checks
- Gas burner pressure/ignition/thermocouple checks
- Oven temperatures tested and calibrated or thermostats replaced
- Oven components checked and replaced or repaired as required
- Oven door glass cleaned, door seals checked or replaced
- Burners jets/ports cleaned
- Oven fan motors greased or replaced as required
- 12 month warranty of range
- Discusson of customers requirements for further parts replacement. (i.e fascia replacement, door replacement, handle replacement)
- No extra charge for a return visit if further parts required
(any spare parts required for repairs are charged for and not included in the service, a full cost of repairs/service will be given before any work commences)
